Oksana Rubanyak, a student of the Faculty of Management, majoring in “Public Management and Administration” of the Vasyl Stefanyk Prykarpathian National University, commander of one of the divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, became a laureate of the Prize of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for special achievements of youth in the development of Ukraine.

“It was nice to see hundreds of young, hot hearts with burning eyes. Modern youth is about action, indomitable spirit and struggle,” the defender wrote.
