The charitable initiative “The World is with us” is being implemented as part of the event of the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University “The World above Us. The World below Us. The World around Us”, dedicated to the 87th anniversary of the Observatory on Mount Pip Ivan. The initiative is designed to support the sky of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Our goal is to collect 87 thousand hryvnias (according to the number of years of the Observatory), which will be directed to support the Ukrainian drone manufacturer – a person who creates drones at the request of the military, without intermediaries.
We are talking about Roman – an enthusiastic engineer who has been working for victory since the beginning of the full-scale invasion:
first – as part of the Social Drone community, which produces FPV drones for the army;
later – through the “Free by Heart” charitable foundation, helping targeted units on the front line.
As of now:
Roman is working on three large bombers;
parts for five FPV kamikazes have already been purchased.
The funds raised will go exclusively to large ten-inch reusable “birds” designed to deliver point loads to our defenders.
The approximate cost of one such drone:
components – about 12,000 UAH
discharge system – 950 UAH
battery – about 4,000 UAH (for a high-quality version)
If we manage to achieve the goal, Roman will be able to assemble 5–6 high-quality combat drones, which will soon work where they are really needed. The Carpathians support the sky of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Together – we raise the birds.
