On April 5–6, 2025, a badminton tournament was held at the Olimp Sports Complex of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University for students in grades 5–11 from all over the Ivano-Frankivsk region. Representatives of all faculties conducted a career guidance information campaign for guests of the university.
The general coordination of the work of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations was carried out by Bohdan Paska, who is responsible for career guidance work and a leading specialist at the Institute of History, Ethnology and Archaeology of the Carpathians. The Head of the Department of International Economic Relations Liliya Mykhailyshyn, as well as students of the specialty «Secondary Education (History) Nataliya Shepitak and Viktoriya Trinchuk, and the specialty «Political Science» Viktoriya Moroz also actively attended the event.
Dozens of conversations were held with school students and their parents; a lot of propaganda products were distributed – career guidance booklets about the faculty and specialties, and an exhibition of scientific works by faculty employees and graduates was also organized. In total, faculty teachers and students managed to hold career guidance conversations with several dozen potential applicants. The meeting gave the participants not only useful information, but also unforgettable impressions and memorable gifts!
