In the authoritative rating – UniRank University Ranking – Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University improved its position and took 9th place this year! Only four Kyiv, one Kharkiv, two Lviv and Sumy universities are ahead of us. The rating of Ukrainian universities in 2024 was compiled from 192 institutions of higher education.
The UniRank University Ranking is an international non-academic ranking that examines the quality of representation and popularity of the world’s universities in the web space.
The ranking of universities is developed by the Center for International Projects “Euroeducation” together with the international group of experts IREG Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence.
According to UniRank, the purpose of the ranking is to create a non-academic ranking table of the best Ukrainian universities based on valid, unbiased and independent sources of web analytics, rather than data provided by the universities themselves.
To calculate the position in the rating, a special algorithm is used, based on independent indicators collected and processed from authoritative web sources.
