Eternal memory!

It is with deep sadness that we announce another tragic news from the front. On the shield is a graduate of the “History and Archaeology” specialty of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, 30-year-old Babinchuk Petro Mykolayovych, who hails from the village of Lysets.

After graduating from the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations in 2017, Petro Babinchuk served in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, worked in the Odessa region. On February 26, 2022, he went with weapons in his hands to defend the Motherland. He was the commander of a combat vehicle – commander of a mechanized detachment.

On September 30, Sergeant Petro Babinchuk died while performing a combat mission in the combat zone in the Kursk region, having shown steadfastness and courage, loyalty to the military oath.

It is difficult to find words of comfort, it is impossible to heal the pain and bitterness of losing a loved one, but may the kind, bright memory of the deceased defender become stronger than death and forever remain in the memory of his relatives, colleagues, friends, comrades-in-arms, all who knew him, loved and respected him. We mourn with his family; we bow our heads in grief. May the soul of the deceased Peter find eternal peace…

Heroes do not die they remain in our hearts!

Eternal memory and glory to the Ukrainian soldier who defended his native Ukraine and each of us!
