On March 27, 2025, a meeting of the subsection of ethnology and archaeology was held at the department within the framework of the reporting scientific conference of students for 2024. Associate Professor O. Ya headed the subsection. Drohobytska. The head of the department, director of the Institute of History, Ethnology and Archaeology of the Carpathians, Professor M.V. Kugutyak, delivered a welcoming speech. The discussion was attended by teachers’ prof. P.L. Kostyuchok, senior lecturer I.T. Kochkin, associate professor S. P. Boyan-Hladka. 25 students with interesting and relevant topics on ethnoculture took part in the conference.
The speeches were accompanied by vivid presentations, all students were awarded awards for their high training, in particular 2 – Mariana Perepichka and Yaremiya Yatsyshyn were recommended for publication in the student scientific collection “Eureka” and 2 certificates – Valeria Yermolenko and Anastasia Pavlyuk, and all others received certificates from the head of the department for active scientific work and development of the ethnocultural heritage of the Ukrainian people.
