Career guidance meeting with students of Lyceum No. 13 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council

On March 6, 2024, the leading specialist of the Institute of History, Ethnology and Archeology of the Carpathians, Bohdan Paska, together with his colleagues, teachers of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations Mykhailo Moskaluk, Victoria Nyspol, specialist of the 1st category of the Institute, Roman Kobylnyk, met with students of 10 and 11- x classes of Lyceum No. 13 of the Ivano-Frankivsk City Council.

Future applicants received detailed information about Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, the prestige of obtaining a higher education at one of the leading universities of Ukraine, a wide selection of specialties that open up the opportunity for young people to realize their plans in the future. The students were interested in learning about the features of the 2024 admissions campaign, as well as various types of assistance for preparing for the NMT, offered by the University on a free basis. Faculty representatives spoke in detail about the available educational programs that students can study, namely “History and Archeology”, “Secondary Education (History)”, “Political Science”, “Political Science (National Security)”, “International Relations, Public Communications and Regional studies”, “International economic relations”, “International business management”, the specifics of the educational process and the variety of practices. The teachers paid a lot of attention to the professional skills that future students will get and who they will be able to work with.

In particular, Bohdan Paska focused attention on the educational program of the specialty 014 Secondary Education (History) of the BA “Bachelor”. Potential entrants received useful information about the study features and further employment opportunities for students and graduates of the specialty 014 Secondary Education (History), which are implemented by the teams of the Faculty’s departments. The teacher emphasized that the basis for admission to the specialty of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations, in particular to the specialty 014 Secondary Education (History) of the “Bachelor” OR “Bachelor”, is a complete secondary education.
