“Eternal light of Heroes in the memory of the future of Ukraine” – under this slogan, a memorial stand dedicated to students and graduates of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations, who died for Ukraine, was opened today at Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University.
At the beginning, the present students and teachers honored the memory of the fallen soldiers. After that, the consecration of the memorial stand to the Heroes took place in the hall of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations.
“The idea of creating a memory stand arose among our teachers and students. It has our graduates who have completed their studies, but also students who will remain students forever. This is an example of preserving our historical memory and a sign that they are always with us. In this sense, we always repeat that our Heroes do not die, they live forever in our hearts!” – emphasized the dean of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations, director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of History, Ethnology and Archeology of the Carpathians, professor Mykola Kuhutyak.
